BOD Meetings occur on the 3rd Thursday of the quarter. This documented cycle will allow us to stay on top of BOD Prep and manage it alongside our other responsibilities, while achieving the goal of getting a strong deck by the Friday prior to the meeting and giving everyone time to digest it thus allowing for a more valuable meeting.
Advisory Committee Meetings are to be scheduled 2-3 weeks after the BOD Meeting is scheduled.
