• manage them like they're junior partners, don't focus on the are you gonna become a partner thing other than once per quarter

Accelerated Learning and Growing - push them to participate and contribute.

Interns write one blog post or deck, presentation, demo to the partnership - every month about what they learned and what they shipped.

Every week go to a meeting outside of EGT, take notes, and share those notes about the business and the product with your mentor.

Create 3 Design Documents over 3 months. With steps for implementation, data models, flows, wireframes, state machines, etc. Show that you can think about architecture, and naming of our systems.

Tim will Sync with Internship Managers about their work with the interns each week.
