  1. Communicate the current status of your team.
    1. How are you trending on your goals?
    2. Retrospective of features and initiatives launched since the last review meeting
    3. Are your major initiatives on-track/at-risk/off-track?
    4. Update on your team’s metrics and trends.
  2. Strategic Input from the wider team
    1. This is a time to brainstorm with the wider team about issues you’re facing, bring your hard problems!
    2. What do you feel stuck on? Are there ways that other teams could help?
    3. Are there places where other teams or processes are presenting blockers?

How to Run a Monthly Review Meeting

  1. It will be the responsibility of the PM and Tech Lead of the team to prepare a one page reviewing the team’s recent deployments, ongoing outcomes and goals. Be prepared to discuss what is on-track/at-risk/off-track in this initiative.
  2. Be ready to discuss what the team plans to accomplish over the next month.
  3. Please complete the review doc for the meeting the night before and send as a pre-read to the group so we can have an informed discussion.
